Mother’s Margarita

1 cup | frozen mango chunks (or 1 cup of your favourite frozen fruit) |
1 cup | ice cubes |
2 tbsp | water |
1 to 2 tsp | vanilla extract (to taste) |
Mix all ingredients in a blender until slushy. If consistency is too thick, add water. If too thin, add more ice. Taste and add more extract if needed, re-blend then serve immediately. Cheers to how much it tastes like the real deal!
